By downloading, installing, or using APPEIRON (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
APPEIRON provides encrypted messaging and calls, optional encrypted local Vault storage, Dead Man’s Switch, optional mesh features, and optional App Store subscriptions. The app does not operate as a bank or money-transfer service.
You agree to use the app only lawfully. Objectionable content and abusive behavior are strictly prohibited — including illegal, threatening, harassing or hateful content, and spam. You must not use the app to attack the security or infrastructure of the service.
You can block or report any contact at any time, directly from the contact profile in a chat or from the contacts list. A blocked contact cannot send you messages or call you. Reports are sent to contact@appeiron.app and are reviewed by the developers. Violating these terms may result in being blocked from the service.
You are responsible for content you send and store, for backing up important data, and for keeping your device and keys secure. Messages are end-to-end encrypted — we do not monitor message content.
The app is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cascade Investment LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Paid features are offered via the Apple App Store. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple’s terms and your Apple ID settings.
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
